Agent Experience Manager
Tammy Pirnie is the Agent Experience Manager for our Compass Pleasanton/Livermore Valley location. Tammy helps Compass agents leverage industry-leading solutions, comprised of technology, programs, and specialists, to grow their business. She is an ambassador, relationship manager, primary point of contact, and expert for a roster of Compass real estate agents. Tammy offers the best-in-class support to ensure every agents success. Tammy has worked in the Luxury Real Estate industry for more than 24 years, 12 of those years being in administration roles such as Human Resources, Escrow, Relocation, and now management.
Prior to joining Compass, Tammy worked in the non-profit sector as a counselor for foster children. She has volunteered with many organizations in her community including the Y.M.C.A., M.Y.S.A., Modesto City Schools, Sylvan Unified School District, Center for Human Services, and Apron Strings managing a wide variety of tasks. Previously a member of the CVHRMA (Central Valley H/R Management Assoc.), EAC (Employment Advisory Counsel), and more recently a Relocation Certified Coordinator with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, allowing her to grow her expertise in international business. Tammy earned her AA in Human Services and Business Administration from Modesto Junior College, her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CSU Stanislaus, and her Master’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from National University.
